FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
There isn't a maximum delivery distance, however, we charge $115/hour which includes: drive time (there and back) and unload/stack time.

  • How much can you deliver at one time?
Forty-eight bales max for each delivery.

  • Where does your hay come from?
Hay is provided by North Valley Agriculture and comes from a variety of farms within the Willamette Valley. Other hay is brought in from Central and Eastern Oregon, as well as surrounding states.

  • Will you deliver hay from suppliers other than North Valley Ag?
Yes, however payment for the hay must be completed by the buyer before the delivery.

  • Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Deliveries are cash/check only. However, the hay may be purchased with a card if it is specified prior to the delivery.

  • Can I put money down to secure my order?
Unfortunately, no. Due to high demand, inventory is available on a first come, first serve basis.

  • How accurate are delivery times?
While we do our best to stay on schedule, there are myriad factors that might prevent us from getting from one delivery to the next in a timely manner. We stay in contact with customers if there is a delay. Most deliveries are fulfilled within two hours of the scheduled time. Please keep this in mind when scheduling.

  • How do I pay for the hay?
If the hay is purchased from North Valley Ag, payment for the hay and delivery is collected after the delivery is complete. If the hay is purchased from another source, payment must be arranged with the supplier by the customer.

  • Should I have hors d'oeuvres ready upon my delivery driver's arrival?
This is highly recommended for a seamless hay bucking experience.
